April 27, 2011 New limit for telephone loan requests and partial withdrawals on Life Insurance policies Standard Life is pleased to announce that our Customer Service Centre now accepts loan requests and partial withdrawals up to $25,000 for Life Insurance policies by telephone. This new limit is effective immediately and is in line with current procedures for investment products. Please refer to page 3 of the Customer Service Centre – Telephone Transactions Guidelines for more information.
