Secure Online Access
– Enhanced security platform

August 8, 2011

As of August 15th, there will be a new login procedure for your Secure Online Access, where depending on your access, you follow your client accounts in ClientINFO, check your commissions in eCommissions and see your standings for President’s Club in Sales Contests.

By introducing these additional security features, we wish to offer you and your clients increased protection for a more secure and enjoyable online experience.

Highlights

On your first visit, you will have to:

•  Set up a few security questions and answers

•  Choose a personal security image

Subsequently, at any time, you may follow the instructions online to:

•  Personalize your User ID and password to make them more user-friendly

•  Obtain your User ID, if forgotten

•  Reset your password, if forgotten

•  Change your personal security questions and personal security image

•  Merge your User IDs (certain restrictions apply)

New login procedure

•  For existing users who have logged in during the last 2 years:

If you have logged into Secure Online Access during the last 2 years, you will be converted automatically to the new platform. This means that the first time you log in as of August 15th, you will be prompted to set up personal security questions and answers, and choose a personal security image.

•  For existing users who have NOT logged in during the last 2 years:

If you have not logged in for over 2 years, you will be invited to contact the Customer Service Centre. Your call will generate 2 letters, which will be mailed separately to increase security of your login information:

- The 1st letter includes your User ID

- The 2nd letter includes your password

•  For new users:

To ensure their information is protected from the outset, all new users will receive 2 separate letters, one containing their User ID and one their password.

This improvement is part of a group-wide initiative, designed to meet and implement new security standards for you and your clients’ protection.
