In case of a mail strike
In the event of a strike by Canada Post employees, Standard Life would like to make sure that you know how to communicate with us.
- Online Access: At all times, you may use Secure Online Access to access your client accounts in ClientINFO, check your commissions in eCommissions and send us confidential documents and transactions using the Message Centre. FundSERV is also an excellent option for ensuring your transactions are not delayed. Ensuring that you are signed up for online access means that, as well as avoiding inconvenience during the strike, you will be doing the environment a favour.
